They showed up with a 4 ft high propane tank and a heater. We were going to have roasted post beetles and ants for dinner. We had to take everything out of the kitchen and they sealed it off with insulated blankets. 
They fired up the gas fired heater and blew hot air into the sealed kitchen.....for three hours. Not 2 minutes after they started, the building security guard came to the door and asked if everything was ok. It turned out the heat sensor/smoke detector in the kitchen ceiling sensed the temperature increase and sent an alarm to the security building. Good to know it works!
