Back to the old ways on Sept 3.
The West Port of Spain Traffic Plan Experiment is over - even before the new paint on the roads is dry.
They will have to repaint all the repainted lines and
arrows, remove the new traffic lights.......and add back 20 mins to my commute.
Damn.
